The staff were friendly. they assisted with directions. the location was close to main squares. It was walkable from the avenida metro station. the building felt charming, a historic building.
The room was cramped, i felt. two single beds pushed together were not a double bed. one mattress had broken springs. It made noise when turning over.

Charming Stay in a Prime Spot

I found the location excellent. Many attractions were a short walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing quick and pleasant check-in and check-out. The breakfast offered good variety. It was really filling. I appreciated that the building had a nice older feel, especially the reception area (it felt quite grand!).
My room was very cramped. It could use some updating.

The staff helped arrange my transport and provided excellent service, anticipating my needs (Victor, especially, stood out!). I asked them for advice upon check-in, and they gave great pointers. Check-in and check-out were both quick and pleasant.

The building is in the middle of a shopping area. I liked this. The building itself had a gorgeous older style and was very nice. Breakfast service had a good selection and provided a filling start to the day.
